At Wrapco Graphics, every order is custom produced specifically for each customer. Because custom printed products are made to order, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Printed Products
All custom printed products, including yard signs, banners, decals, magnets, and other personalized items, are manufactured specifically for your order and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Proof Approval
Most custom orders include a digital proof for customer approval before production.
By approving a proof, you confirm that all artwork, spelling, phone numbers, website addresses, colors, layouts, and design elements are correct.
Wrapco Graphics is not responsible for errors that were present on an approved proof.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, cancellations, refunds, or changes may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved proof, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Color Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on computer monitors, mobile devices, or previously printed materials.
Minor color variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refunds or returns.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, images, logos, and content are accurate and authorized for reproduction.
Wrapco Graphics is not responsible for customer-provided artwork errors, low-resolution files, spelling mistakes, or copyright violations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only when:
A product is determined to be defective
A product is materially different from the approved proof
An error was caused by Wrapco Graphics during production
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
