Marketplace Restrictions

No person, company, reseller, distributor, or marketplace seller is authorized to use, advertise, list, market, or sell products under the WRAPCO or WRAPCO GRAPHICS trademarks without written authorization.

This restriction specifically includes, but is not limited to:

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • Etsy

  • Facebook Marketplace

  • TikTok Shop

  • Shopify Stores

  • Alibaba

  • AliExpress

  • Any online marketplace or ecommerce platform

Unauthorized listings may be reported and removed without notice.

Wrapco Graphics, LLC reserves all rights to pursue enforcement actions against unauthorized sellers.

Private Label Products

Wrapco Graphics develops, manufactures, sources, and sells proprietary branded and private label products.

Unless expressly authorized in writing:

  • Resale of branded private label products is prohibited.

  • Repackaging of branded products is prohibited.

  • Relabeling of branded products is prohibited.

  • Listing branded products on online marketplaces is prohibited.

  • Use of Wrapco trademarks in connection with private label products is prohibited.

No reseller rights are granted by any purchase.

Purchase of a product does not create any distribution, reseller, dealer, affiliate, franchise, licensing, or marketing rights.

Website Content Ownership

All content appearing on this website is the exclusive property of Wrapco Graphics, LLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes:
